This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Effective: 10 August 2022; Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, effective 28 April 2022; and Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation AFAC 2022-0502, Effective 2 May 2022. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR 8.004(b) Commercial sources in the open market, FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. This Request for Quote is set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) Concerns.
