The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to place orders against for the recurring need of electric aircraft tugs and supporting equipment in accordance with the attached Price List. A BPA is not a contract, but an agreement that establishes the price and terms and conditions of future orders/calls. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Solicitation Number FA441723Q0002 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote.
