The Installer/Contractor must choose one of the four carpet selections listed above and negotiate with the carpet vendors listed. Once the negotiation is complete, the installer/contractor shall provide a quote to 1 Special Operations Contracting Squadron (1 SOCONS) that includes the price for the carpet and adhesives. A statement from the installer/contractor confirming and validating that prices are at or below the NTE prices set in the Tier I Contracts must be submitted with their quote.
