Please provide information for personnel intending to attend the site visit to daryle.byers@us.af.mil and eric.moss.1@us.af.mil, no later than 7 February 2022 @ 1:00 PM CST in excel format to include individual’s: Full Name, DL/ID# and State of Issue, Date of Birth, and last four digits of SSN. Individuals will pick up their passes at the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Gate (CVIA), and proceed to the site visit at Bldg. 90005.
