The work will include the demolition ... This synopsis is for the repair of Lift Station number 92420 at Hurlburt Field, FL. The repair of the lift station is to accommodate a new sanitary sewer grinder. The work will include the demolition of the existing invert and contract walls and frames, reconfiguration of the invert channel, and installation of a new wastewater grinder. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to perform work under the contract specifications and associated task orders. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding. Additionally, FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs will be utilized. All responsible service disabled veteran-owned small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated magnitude for the project is between $215,000 and $250,000. Bid bonds will be required with the proposal. Payment and performance bonds will be required within ten (10) days of contract award. The work is required in support of the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 10 June 2022.
