The contractor shall provide all airplanes, AVGAS, equipment, tools, materials, personnel, supervision, quality control, and ground training necessary for safe and legal operation and maintenance of aircraft. Training shall be for three pilots to receive advanced semi-prep and survival training for one week on 27 June 2021 and for three pilots to receive a more intensive advanced semi-prep and survival training for two weeks on 11 July 2021. These time frames are required due to unit manning and deployment timeline. Training must include extensive low-level flying through and landing in mountainous terrain, takeoffs and landings on semi-prepared or off-field surfaces to include water landings, emergency landing practice in mountainous terrain, loss of power landings on semi-prepared or off-field surfaces and specialized survival training specifically related to aviation incidents/mishaps and applicable to hostile environments. At least half of the flight time needs to be in a single engine aircraft.
