Existing dormitory partitions and accessories supporting the dormitories are to be fully removed and office type spaces to be put in place. Work to include new interior partitions to accommodate the newly renovated area. Area to receive new lighting, HVAC and electrical. Provide work as indicated in the specifications and drawings. Work will also include designing and constructing an antenna support tower.

Construction modification to existing dormitory area of the first floor southwest wing of building 90322 to accommodate a new office area. Existing dormitory partitions and accessories supporting the dormitories are to be fully removed and office types spaces to be put in place. Work to include new interior partitions to accommodate the newly renovated area. Area to receive new lighting, HVAC and electrical. Provide work as indicated in the specification and drawings. Work will also include disassembly, relocation and reinstalling an antenna tower. This acquisition will be set aside for Woman-Owned Small Business offerors only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 with a size standard of $39.5M. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15, Negotiated Procedures. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low proposed price. Performance period is 184 calendar days. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Estimated magnitude for the total project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid bonds will be required with the proposal. Payment and performance bonds will be required within ten (10) days of contract award. The work is required in support of the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 09 July 2021.
