Extend the due date for proposals from 7 July 2021 to 16 July 2021; b. To incorporate a revised CLIN structure, increasing the total number of CLINs from four (4) to eight (8); c. To incorporate revised specifications, Section 11 40 00, dated 17 June 2021; d. To incorporate revised drawings, dated 17 June 2021. ***Updated 1 July 2021*** Pre-Bid Questions and Answers have been posted. Several answers reference revised documents that will be included in Amendment 0007. Be advised that it is our intention to extend the proposal due date to no earlier than 16 July 2021. This is a tenative date and will not take effect until Amendment 0007 is published on this page. The amendment will also incorporate revised specifications, drawings, and bid schedule. Expect this amendment to be published no later than 6 July 2021, 4:30 PM CDT. ***Updated 16 June*** Amendment 0006 is to: a. Extend the proposal response due date from 17 June 2021 to 5 July 2021; b. Add FAR 52.216-4, Economic Price Adjustment-Labor and Material; c. Add FAR 52.229-3, Federal, State, and Local Taxes. ***Updated 4 June 2021*** The brief handed out durring the 3 June 2021 site visit contained an incorrect due date for proposals. The 17 June 2021 due date listed on the solicitation is the correct date. A copy of the brief with highlighted corrections along with the sign-in sheet to the site visit has been posted. *** End *** The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, and other items necessary: Addition/Alteration includes the addition of 1,789 SF to the existing facility for expansion of commercial grade kitchen and additional administrative offices and provision of site adjustments including site utility modifications, landscaping, AT/FP barricades to the parking area and dumpster relocation. Repair includes renovation of the existing kitchen and laundry spaces as well as renovations to the entrance lobby and surrounding administrative spaces, including toilet rooms, replacement and upgrade of all mechanical equipment (pumps, boilers, air handling units) for the building, replacement of casework and suspended acoustic tile ceiling systems, replacement of the mechanical system, including ducts and terminal units, and provision of toilet partition privacy screens in child bathroom areas.
