Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This project renovates a major portion of the interior of Bldg 90758. Existing furring and wallboard shall be removed in the larger office areas including but not limited to room 98, 99, 100, 100B, and 110. Other small office areas/corridors may also be included. Wall surfaces and all associated surface mounted electrical/communication outlets and conduit shall be removed down to concrete/block walls. New walls shall be furred out and electrical/ communication circuits and outlets shall be installed. New electrical circuits shall be run from existing panels. Existing panels shall be evaluated for possible replacement. A corridor and associated doorways shall be installed from room 110 through room 100 into room 98. The front secure door will be replaced. The ceiling is in generally good condition but the lights will be replaced with LED fixtures. The entire building is a secure area except for some mechanical rooms. HVAC systems shall be evaluated and reconfigured/upgraded as required. Asbestos and Lead-based paint testing of existing materials to be disturbed will be conducted and incorporate into the design. Ceiling shall be raised in Room 98 (Classroom). The codes and standards shall be ADA, NFPA, IBC, AT/FPand other UFC’s and regulations.
