The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform Mess Attendant and contingency cook services at two main dining facilities,The Reef and The Riptide. Specific tasks include food preparation; service of food; replenishment, replacement and removal of food serving containers; cleaning and sanitizing of dining room tables, chairs and benches; cashier services; housekeeping/custodial services of both dining facilities; waste management; grounds maintenance around each facility; and equipment maintenance and repair in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
