The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation to Construct SOF 65 SOS Infrastructure and Security Building 90131. This notice is not a formal solicitation Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for this construction. If a solicitation for this acquisition is issued at a future date it will be posted to the beta SAM website on or about 7 December 2020. This project is solicited under AFFARS MP 5332.7, Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This synopsis is for Construct SOF 65 SOS Infrastructure and Security Building 90131 for the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field, FL. The NAICS for this project is 238210 with a size standard of $16.5M. This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15, Negotiated Procedures.
