Answer-1_The Government has no issues or concerns with damaged seats. The seats will be removed after delivery. ----------------------End of Q&A------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA441721QC888 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02 Effective November 23, 2020. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business. Quotations from Small businesses are requested. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instruction shall be provided at time of award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 336612, and Product Service Code (PSC) is 1940. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1,000 employees. This acquisition is conducted IAW FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. CLIN price(s) shall include all delivery costs to: Hurlburt Field, FL 32544 (exact location provided at award) The Government intends to award a delivery order without discussions with respective vendors. The Government however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Delivery Schedule: FOB Destination. Offeror must have active SAM registration at time of award. Offeror shall quote on all items in order to be considered for award. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the following items: Used Pontoon Boat and Trailer.
