Please see the attached RFQ and related attachments for additional details. This solicitation was updated 31 Aug 2021 by updating contracting officer information and resolving typographical errors. The update on 9 Sep 2021 adds a Questions and Answers document answering all complete questions submitted in response to the solicitation. The update on 13 Sep 2021 extends the solicitation closing date to 22 Sep 21 @ 01:00 PM CST. The update on 17 Sep 2021 provides updated Questions and Answers, dated 17 Sep 21. No further changes have been made. The update on 20 Sep 2021 updates the Bid Schedule to remove the "Fly Ash", "Tack Oil", and "Sod" lines. The solicitation closing date has also been extended to 24 Sep 2021 @ 01:00 PM CST. The RFQ document has been updated to reflect these changes.
