A Site Visit for this effort will be conducted on 22 Mar 2021 @ 10:00 AM CST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA441721QC044 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334290. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6350. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 750 Employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. Below are the instructions to offerors and evaluation criteria. All other applicable provisions and clauses are provided in the attached RFQ document due to space limitation. (End of Provision) 52.212-2 – Evaluation – Commercial Items (Oct 2014) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability Price The Government will award a FFP contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offer. Offers will be determined technically acceptable if all items and installation services required by this Combined Synopsis Solicitation are quoted and product information submitted provides evidence that the products and installation services quoted meet all requirements identified in the Statement of Work. Also, offerors responding to this solicitation must be an authorized Honeywell provider and certified installer in order to be considered for award. Not all offers will be evaluated for technical acceptability. The lowest price offer will be evaluated, if the offer is determined technically acceptable, no other offers will be evaluated for technical acceptability.
