Soft-sided personal coolers with closed-cell foam insulation. This acquisition is conducted IAW FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. Please see attached RFQ for complete details and instructions. Minimum Requirement Specifications: QTY: 250 (each) - Shall have carrying strap, handle, and tie-down options. - Shall have leakproof design. - Outer shell material shall be waterproof and resistant to mildew, punctures, and abrasions. - Shall maintain interior temperatures below 40°F for minimum of 6 hours at 100+ degree temperatures. - Shall have closed-cell foam insulation on all four sides. - Shall have capacity to hold minimum of 10 cans and ice/cold packs. Capacity shall not exceed 20 cans and ice/cold packs. - Colors: Tan, Grey, Black, or Green.
