Response Date: See betaSAM Contract Opportunities This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-07, Effective 31 August 2020. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business conerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333415. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 4130. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 1,250 employees. This acquisition is conducted IAW FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation of commercial items in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 will be utilized using lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the following brand name item Hydration Pro, Ice and Water Machines.

Hurlburt Field, FL, is conducting market research to determine the existence of potential sources to provide two Ice and Water Machines with minimum requirements that include: Constructed/able to operate in an outdoor environment/climate conditions, capable of producing 80 – 90 bags (at least 10 lb bags) of ice per day, weight shall not exceed 2000 lbs, include water filteration system, non-commercial subdued paint scheme or covering for the machines, include onsite startup and one (1) year monitoring and customer support. Must also have an enclosed dispenser for water and ice (cannot require personnel to reach inside machine to scoop out ice) and adjustable to accommodate different size coolers (example “Igloo 5 Gallon Cooler”).
