The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this contract. Contractor shall comply with all federal, military, environmental, and state and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall provide services to maintain the usability of the units. The equipment must be able to sustain 24/7 accessibility and usage. Each Restroom Trailer will be serviced at a minimum once per month and as then serviced, pumped and refilled with water as needed to be fully functional at the discretion of the government point of contacts or the contracting officer. The unit has a 125 gallon fresh water tank and a 370 gallon waste water tank. There is two half bath stalls with toilet and sink.
