The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to set-up, and ready-for-use, 1 new Modular SCIF Building at Hurlburt Field, Florida. The facility will be built to ICD-705 SCIF standards, delivered and set-up on a site to be prepared by the contractor (Contractor prepared site work includes fine grading and leveling of the site. Contractor shall provide all maintenance, inspection, testing and repair for the work performed under this contract for the period the modular building is in use. At the completion of the lease the contractor shall remove trailer from the base and leave site in same condition as prior to the trailer installation.
