The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a single award firm-fixed price contract for Grease Trap, Sewage Lift Station, and Holding Tank Maintenance at Hurlburt Field, FL with a period of performance consists of base period of 1 October 2020 thru 30 September 2021 with four (4) one (1) year options. Work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, management, tools, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform maintenance services on grease, and solids from the grease traps and the removal of liquid, oil, fuel, solids, grease, sand, and miscellaneous debris from the sewage lift stations and holding tanks in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is being offered for competition to eligible Small Business concerns as a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562998 with a size standard of $8 million. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) PRICE and (2) TECHNICAL. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. The solicitation will be issued at a later date and available to view on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fbo.gov. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation, any amendments and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Prospective contractors must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. This is a follow-on effort to contract number FA4417-16-C-0001. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation costs. The issuance date for this solicitation is projected to be on/about 6 July 2020.
