Notice of Intent The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field intends to solicit, evaluate, and award on a sole source basis a contract to Northwind Security Consultants for Advanced Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Training services in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). Market research findings deemed that no other company could meet all the critical technical elements required for the Advanced SERE Training services (reference the attached Statement of Work). Northwind Security Consultants possesses the capability to meet all of training objectives and simulate all Geographic Combatant Command locations at one facility. The NAICS Code is 611699 and the small business size standard is $11M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Proposals must be received no later than Thursday, 26 March 2020 at 10:00 AM (Local – Hurlburt Field Time). Proposals can be submitted to A1C Brandon Skinner (brandon.skinner.2@us.af.mil) and MSgt Christopher Smith (christopher.smith.110@us.af.mil). Additionally, provide your capability statement that clearly demonstrates your company is capable of meeting all of the technical elements of this requirement. In your response, please provide your contact information and a statement that your company is interested and capable of performing these services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Information received will be considered solely within the discretion of the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
