Solicitation Amendment 0001- (a) Updated Addendum to 52-212-1 and Attachment 6, Past Performance Questionaire (b) Uploaded Solicitation Questions and Answers Please attachments for amendment details Requirements Description: The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to solicit, evaluate, and award a single award firm-fixed price contract for Grounds Maintenance at Hurlburt Field, FL with a period of performance consists of base period of 29 March 2020 to 28 March 2023 with two (2) one (1) year options. Work consists of, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, management, tool, supplies, labor and supervision necessary to perform Mission Rehearsal Training services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is being offered as a 100% total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611519 and PSC of U099 with a size standard of $16.5M. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fized price type contract. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) PRICE, (2) TECHNICAL, and (3) PAST PERFORMANCE. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest proposed price. This notice serves as the official solicitation notice for FA4417-20-Q-A005, Mission Rehearsal Training (MRT) II. All questions regarding this posting and the subsequent solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 2:00 PM CDT on 11 February 2020. The answers to questions will be posted as amendments to the solicitation and will appear as attachments to this notice.
