Sources Sought for contractors that can provide the following requested services IAW the attached draft PWS and draft OPFOR Script/Requirements document: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all Personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, costumes, and uniforms required to support training scenarios for the United States Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) Emerald Warrior 2020 Exercise. The requirement consists of a series of scenarios where professional OPFOR/SITFOR participation in the exercise is required to provide realism to meet training objectives. The contractor shall be required to work closely with the EMERALD WARRIOR planning team to coordinate all support necessary to conduct this training. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
