This work includes: Removing all plumbing fixtures, counter tops, bathroom washroom accessories, diaper changing stations, floor covering, wall tile, toilet partitions, signage, lighting, speakers, and ceiling air diffusers/grilles in all restrooms. Providing new plumbing fixtures, counter tops, bathroom washroom accessories, diaper changing stations, floor covering, wall tile, toilet partitions, lighting, and air diffusers/grilles in all restrooms. Repairing, prepping, and painting all walls in five existing offices (3 adjacent to Landing Zone and 2 adjacent to Library Foyer), the Landing Zone, and two game rooms. Includes removing wall bases and replacing with new rubber wall bases, removing exposed fasteners, removing textile surfaces, painting behind portable objects and surface mounted items, and patching wall surface defects to match adjacent surfaces.
