The Service provider shall furnish all vehicles, trailers, containers, tools, equipment, parts, materials, supplies and labor for the loading, handling, transportation, unloading and disposal of residual (sludge) generated at Hurlburt Field's Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (HFAWWTF)(Building 91500). The vehicles shall be in working conditions to prevent the spillage of vehicle fluids and the containers shall be structurally sound to prevent the spillage of residuals (sludge) onto concrete/asphalt area. The containers for residual collection shall meet industry standards and shall be a minimum 25 cubic yard container (current working containers 20'L x 8'W x 4'D).
