The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to relocate all requested items from B1600 to B3189 on Scott AFB. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, federal regulations, and appropriate Final Governing Standards (FGS). The Contractor will relocate all items called out the statement of work and in accordance with the attached Appendix A.
