The 375th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to identify SBA-certified WOSBs under NAICS 237120 capable of fueling-facility repair work at Scott Air Force Base, IL; this is for information/planning only and does not guarantee a future solicitation. Interested firms should provide a capabilities statement of up to five pages covering company/SAM/UEI/CAGE/socioeconomic information, relevant past performance within the last three years on UST fueling systems, conduit breakout/pour-back, overfill drop-tube replacement, and Veeder-Root/ATG sensor/alarm work, plus required state/local UST and electrical certifications and optional ROM feedback. The scope includes repairing and re-pouring Premium tank sump conduit with electrical re-pulls and concrete restoration, replacing Tank 3 fill hardware with a compliant drop tube, and installing owner-provided Veeder-Root overfill alarm/sensor equipment. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, testing, cleanup, and compliant disposal while following OSHA, NFPA 30/30A, NFPA 70, and hazardous-location requirements. Required deliverables include a site safety plan/AHAs, technician certifications, drop-tube compliance verification, photo documentation, and disposal manifests/receipts.
