Airfield Lighting Control and System (ALCS) Upgrade - Scott AFB
This is a sources sought notice for market research, not a solicitation, to identify qualified vendors for an Airfield Lighting Control System (ALCS) upgrade at Scott Air Force Base. The upgrade requires procuring and installing four Windows 11-compatible HMI computers in the Air Traffic Control Tower and Airfield Lighting Vault, and replacing three legacy ACE 2 controllers with three ADB ACE 3 controllers. The contractor must integrate ADB Safegate proprietary software to enable communication between the new computers and controllers. Interested parties must submit a capability statement demonstrating ADB Safegate third-party partner certification, technical experience, and warranty/support capabilities.
