Description: The purpose of this survey is to gather industry information prior to solicitation of a multiple award paving program supporting the repair, maintenance, and construction of roads, airfields, parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, and related infrastructure systems on Scott AFB Illinois. The program will target up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for execution of a broad range of maintenance, repair, and construction services under NAICS subsector 237310, small business size standard of $45M, and may include full project design. Program contractors are given fair opportunity to compete for projects described in individual task order solicitations and will be expected to accomplish a variety of tasks, including design/build, repairs, additions, upgrades, and new construction from a concept or performance-oriented “Statement of Work”. Individual project task orders may range from $500 to $5,000,000. The estimated program ceiling is $45,000,000. The anticipated 8-year performance period will run from 08 May 2025 through 07 May 2033, which includes a two year base period plus 3, two year options.
