The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials to complete duct cleaning on the entire first and second floor of one building at Scott AFB, IL. The first floor has 107 cold air ducts and the second floor has 90 cold air ducts. This building consists of two floors for a combined 32,241 sq ft. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, all supply and return ducts and registers, including trunk lines. The contractor must clean up during and after duct cleaning to use the facility after the service. The contractor will remove and clean up all debris and equipment.
