The Scott Air Force Base Airshow requires the services and consultation of six On-Site Support Event Managers to oversee and assist with training of staff /volunteers to ensure the efficiency of the event logistics plan, effectively regulate attendance, disseminate timely information to customers, and project of a professional image for the 2023 Scott Airshow to be held 13-14 May 2023. Maximum attendance each day of the Airshow will be set at 7,500 passes on 13 May and 7,500 passes on 14 May. Currently, no organization at Scott AFB, IL possess the requisite skillsets to perform comprehensive On-Site Event Managers to oversee and assist with training of staff volunteers. Bringing in an expert in this field will ensure that Air Show organizers are best suited to execute the 375 AMW/CC’s direction of executing a safe and successful event.
