JPPSO-NE provides shipment, receipt and storage of personal property for military and civilian members of Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Coast Guard moving into, within or out of counties listed below. This acquisition procures contractor services to provide packing and crating service for the movement of Household Goods and Unaccompanied Baggage for DoDpersonnel through the Direct Procurement Method in the Zone 14 Illinois (IL) counties of Bond, Clinton, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, Montgomery, Randolph, St. Clair and Washington and the Missouri (MO) counties of Jefferson, St. Charles, St. Louis and the city of St. Louis. Zone 15 IL counties of Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Hamilton, Jefferson, Marion, Wayne and White. Zone 16 IL counties of Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hardin, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, WIlliamson and the MO counties of Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Iron and St. Francois. Zone 17 IL counties of Adams, Brown, Calhoun, Cass, Christian, Fulton, Greene, Hancock, Logan, Marshall, Mason, McDonough, Menard, Morgan, Peoria, Pike, Sangamon, Schuyler, Scott, Stark, Tazewell and Woodford, the MO counties of Lincoln, Marion, Pike, and Ralls.
