It is our intent to award a base year plus three one-year options. Start date of the service will be 01 October 2022, subject to availability of funds. A solicitation will be posted sam.gov on or around 05 September 2022. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses will be those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, effective 08/10/2022 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 6/23/2022. Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman (Oct 2019), applies and is available at acquisition.gov. This acquisition will be solicited “unrestricted.” The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380, Testing Laboratories; Product Service Code (PSC) is H141, Quality Control – Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment, and the business size is $16.5 Million. The solicitation will be available at sam.gov. Potential offerors MUST register at sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. If potential offerors encounter issues with downloading the solicitation package, please notify one or all of the personnel identified below. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
