The 375th Contracting Squadron (PKB1) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award to provide Repair of Facility Security in bldg. 1521 at Scott AFB, IL for the period of 27 September - 31 December 2021. Scope of Work is defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Also attached is the Combined Solicitation, National Defense Authorization Act Provisions FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-26, DFARS 252.204-2016 and DFARS 252.204-7017, and Wage Determination Rev 18 2015-5075. The contractor shall install new electric latch retraction devices to existing single openings (4) double doors (2) on the main floor exterior doors. Install new hollow metal door/frame on single opening. Statement of Work (SOW) provides details of requirement. Performance Assessment must be completed prior to 30 September 2021. A Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, 13 Sep 2021 at 1:00pm (CST) at Bldg 50, Scott AFB, IL. Please confirm attendance by 12:00pm (CST) Friday, 10 Sep 2021. Questions are due no later than (NLT) Wednesday, 15 Sep 2021 at 12:00pm (CST). Responses to the Combined Synopsis are due no later than (NLT) Thursday, 16 Sep 2021 at 3:00pm (CST).
