The 375th Contracting Squadron (PKB1) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award to perform HVAC Chiller Maintenance located at Scott AFB, IL for the period of 01 Oct 21 - 30 Sep 22, subject to availability of funds. Scope of Work is defined in attached. Statement of Work (SOW). Also attached is the Wage Determination and National Defense Authorization Act Provisions FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-26, DFARS 252.204-7016, and DFARS 252.204-7017. The Contractor shall provide authorized technicians with the ability to perform maintenance/repair on Carrier Chillers. The Contractor is required to follow Carrier manufacturers recommended methods/procedures to maintain/repair Carrier chillers. The Contractor shall provide personnel, tools, supplies, transportation and equipment necessary to accomplish requirements under this contract. The Combined Synoposis Solicitation is attached. This will be solicitated as unrestricted. Revision 1 Combo dated 18 August 2021 is attached and updated as follows: Page 4, Paragraph 5 - WD 2015-5075, Rev 17, dated 5-14-21 has been replaced with WD 2015-5075, Rev 18, dated 07-21-21. The WD 2015-5075, Rev 18 is attached. Page 11, Paragraph (xv) - Closing date of this acquisition has been changed from 3:00pm CST Monday, 16 August 2021 to 3:00pm CST Monday, 23 August 2021. * QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES - Questions and Responses has been added and attached to this Combo.
