The 375th Contracting Squadron (PKB1) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award to perform Sludge Removal and Land Application at Scott AFB, IL for the period of 01 Oct 2021 - 30 Sep 2026, subject to availability of funds. Scope of Work is defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Also attached is the Solicitation FA440721Q0003, Wage Determination Rev 18 2015-5075, Real ID Act V41. Contractor must be fully accredited to remove sludge in accordance with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation required to remove treated sludge from the wastewater treatment plant. A Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, 13 Sep 2021 at 10:00am (CST) at Bldg 50, Scott AFB, IL. Please confirm attendance by 12:00pm (CST) on Friday, 10 Sep 2021. Questions are due no later than (NLT) Wednesday, 15 Sep 2021 at 12:00pm (CST). Responses to the Solicitation are due no later than (NLT) Monday, 20 Sep 2021 at 12:00pm (CST).
