The purpose of this survey is to gather industry information prior to solicitation of a multiple award roofing program supporting all necessary work to inspect, test, maintain, and repair various roofing systems at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, that are below the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. The government is considering a program that may consist of up to five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that will be utilized to issue task orders for various roofing repairs and maintenance. Included in this requirement is the ability to respond to emergency repairs. For emergency repairs, immediate site visits may be held; typically within four hour of notification, and an expedited proposal process will be required. Fair opportunity will be given to all multiple awardees. This program is being solicited under NAICS subsector 238160 and small business size standard is $16.5M. Individual project task orders may range from $500 to $250,000. The estimated program ceiling is $7,500,000. The anticipated performance period will run from Aug 1, 2020 through Jul 31, 2025, which includes one (1) base year, plus four (4) 1-year option periods.
