The United States Air Force, 375 Contracting Squadron, Scott Air Force Base, IL is seeking sources to provide modification of 376 existing Martin Equipment Cabinets in order to meet Seismic Zone 4 Data Center requirements and to a standard configuration. Scott Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine the availability of businesses capable of providing the install. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334112, Computer Storage Device Manufacturing; Product Service Code (PSC) is 7025, Information Technology Input/Output and Storage Device; and the business size is 1,250 employees. AMENDMENT 1 - SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY REV. 1 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE ORIGINAL SOURCES SOUGHT: PERFORMANCE: Provide shipping and modification of cabinets to meet a standard baseline of Seismic Zone 4 (outlined below). As required install air baffles and 2 power distribution units dual-cord 30A power strips (4 x L6-30P plugs). This includes, but is not limited to.. Inspect and document all cabinets condition per shipment Remove and save all handles for use on reworked units Completely Disassemble Rework all frames. Includes: -(20) Added Welded Corner Gussets -(8) Added Welded Frame Gussets -(4) Added Welded Door Catches -(2) Added Welded Frame Top Hat Sections -(1) Added Complete New Seismic Style Base Assembly -(4) Added New Vertical Mounting Rails - Add Seismic Internal Bolt-down Steel Base -(A/R) Sand and Repaint - Add Seismic Internal Bolt-down Steel Base 5. Rework (2) Side Panel Assemblies (add holes and flange notches) 6. Rework Top Panel Assembly (add holes and flange notches) 7. Seismic Style Front Door fabricated (reuse handles) 8. Rework Rear Door. Includes: -Add corner flange notches -Add (2) Rod Brackets -Add (4) Corner Gussets -Add Latch Rods and Hardware -Sand and Repaint 9. Reassembled The rework may also include removal and reinstallation of existing power strips or installation of new power strips, depending on the applicable Rework Plan.
