Other prospective contractors who can satisfy the requirement as defined in attachment II, SOW may submit a quotation by the closing date of this solicitation. This is a commercial purchase using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 13 procedures. The following information, as required per FAR 12.603(c)(2) applies: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
