Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation required to service 28 wet chemical fire-extinguishing systems in 15 commercial coooking facilities and 19 wet chemical Guard... Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material and transportation required to service 28 wet chemical fire-extinguishing systems in 15 commercial coooking facilities and 19 wet chemical Guardian III residential systems in 19 non-commercial cooking facilities. The service includes semi-annual and annual maintenance, hydrostatic testing of cylinders, replacement of fusibel links and provide and install miscellaneous essential parts e.g., nozzles, CO charging cylinders, micro switches, batteries, etc., to maintain the operational condition of the wet chemical fire suppression systems in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 96 and manufacture's standards. The service includes any additional parts and labor for any deficiencies that may arise throughout the year outside normal maintenance. The contractor must be certified to perform Ansul, Pyro Chem & Guardian III maintenance. The Guardian III Residential systems in non-residental facilities will be inspected/tested/maintained annually and all work must be done in compliance with National Fire Protection Association Standard (NFPA) 17A, most current edition.
