The 375th Contracting Squadron (PKB1) at Scott AFB, IL is contemplating an award to remove sludge in accordance with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) for the period of 01 Oct 19 - 30 Sep 20, subject to availability of funds. The work shall be performed in a manner that will maintain removal of treated sludge from the wasterwater treatment plant. Scope of Work is defined in attached Statement of Work (SOW). This will be solicitated as 100% Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS 562991.
