This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, this requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 336411 - Aircraft Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
