Due to the nature of this requirement we are limited on a single specific option. We require a 'FLIR R80D SkyRaider'. Although the "NOTAM 2019-11-001" letter calls out for an additional option "PSI InstantEye", the company is closing down and not issuing any additional quotes. Our requirement is for the following items: R80-000012-2BK - R80 Single Aircraft Kit - 915MHzFull Spec. - USA includes: One ( 1 ) EA SkyRaider vehicles, Block 2 One ( 1 ) EA front mounted EO/IR payload One ( 1 ) EA SkyRaider base station with battery, spare antennas One ( 1 ) EA Panasonic ToughPad tablet with RaiderOS Four ( 4 ) EA SMART batteries One ( 1 ) EA Four-bay battery charger One ( 1 ) EA battery diverter Two ( 2 ) EA clockwise rotating arms with propellers Two ( 2 ) EA counter-clockwise rotating arms with propellers Two ( 2 ) EA landing legs (w/ antenna) Two ( 2 ) EA landing legs (no antenna) One ( 1 ) EA Osprey payload including 50 mounting plates and 200 zip ties One ( 1 ) EA SkyRaider single case System configured with SkyRaider OS. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
