The requirement is for five All-Terrain Utility Vehicles (UTVs) to support tactical field training and medical response operations at Officer Training School. These vehicles will transport personnel, equipment, and critical supplies, including medical and sustenance items, across simulated austere environments. Performance locations include training areas on Maxwell AFB and the Vigilant Warrior tactical training site. Fully enclosed cabins with functional heating and air conditioning are mission-essential due to extreme weather operations and the transport of heat-sensitive supplies and casualties.
