The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to provide the Eaker Center with CIMR unit replacements in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This RFI has been amended on 28 Aug 2024 to change the NAICS to 238220 and PSC to J041, no other changes have been made from the initial posting. Brief Description of Requirement: The Eaker Center requires new CIMR units and removal and installation in the building.
