The 42d Contracting Squadron located at 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama has a requirement to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the JUBJ 24-3073 BUILDING 1143, PHASE I, BOILER REPLACEMENT MAXWELL AFB, GUNTER ANNEX to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with the specifications and applicable drawings. This request for SOURCES SOUGHT is being utilized to identify sources that have the capability to provide Boiler Replacement and Services for the attached Statement of Work (JUBJ 24-3073 Replace Boiler Bldg. 1143). This is not a request for SF330s only a request for sources and does not constitute a solicitation. The firm shall be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell Air Force Base. The firm shall be actively listed in SAM.gov under the NAICS code 238220. All interested parties are required to email the following information to SrA Trevor Wilson (trevor.wilson.8@us.af.mil), and Mr. Eldrae Perdue (eldrae.perdue@us.af.mil) by 3:00 p.m. central time Wednesday, February 14, 2025 with the subject line: JUBJ 24-3073 Replace Boiler Bldg. 1143: 1) name and address of your company; 2) SAM’s registration, 3) a detailed description of firm’s experience in designing projects of the type described in attachment and 4) name of contact person to include phone number and email address.
