The objective of this requirement is to renew the annual hardware support for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) hardware. Support required is 1 year of post warranty hardware support with telephone and/or onsite support with 4-hour response 13 hours per day 5 days per week (4-hour 13x5) and Defective Media Retention (DMR). Support for these items will include telephone technical assistance, on-site technical assistance, and replacement of defective hardware. Please see SOW attached for additional information. Currently, we are NOT seeking quotes, but only looking for vendors who can fulfill our requirement through SAM.
