Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with Building 1403 (Max) Plumbing - Sewer Pipe Restrictions, Maxwell AFB to include all areas as indicated on drawings and in strict accordance with these specifications and applicable drawings and subject to terms and conditions of the contract. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 to $75,000. This requirement is being solicited as a competitive acquisition, 100% small business set aside for vendors within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell AFB, AL. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is: 1) To re-schedule the site visit for 14 August 2025 at 1000 CST and extend the proposal receipt date to 27 August 2025 at 12PM CST. 2) Add site visit and RFI information to Section L of this solicitation.
