The 42nd Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to upgrade its HPE, 3PAR 8400 2N NIPR Core (File, Print, Web & Application) Storage Hardware, with a Modular Smart Array (MSA) due to a partial system node failure that is not under Support Service. After equipment installation and the data migration to the new MSA, the vendor will need to move the (3) Hosts to a Direct Connect and remove the (2) current HPE SN6000B 16GB 48/24 FC Switches from the data path.
