This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 721110 with a small business size standard of $40,000,000.00.
