The 42d Contracting Squadron is seeking sources that are willing and able to provide Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) hardware support in Building 1406. This requirement is for HPE Server and Storage post-warranty support. The HPE Hardware Support required is 1 year of post-warranty support for the items listed in attached Support Package, with telephone and/or on-site support with 4-hour response 13 hours per day 5 days per week (4-hour 13x5) and Defective Media Retention (DMR). Or equal support is acceptable. POP is 30 Sep 2024 to 29 Sep 2025. Please refer to the attached SOW for part numbers, quantity, and serial numbers that are to be covered within the Statement of Work. Currently we are not seeking quotes at this time but only looking if vendors can meet the requirement.
